Shipping Policy — United States
  • Purchases under $50 = shipping fee of $10
  • Purchase between $50 and $100 = shipping fee of $5
  • Purchase over $100 = free shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

 

Returns:

  • Luna Dermatology is pleased to offer returns on most unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell. 
  • If a product causes any allergic reactions or skin problems, we may be able to offer a refund, subject to approval from the manufacturer.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing frontdesk@lunadermatology.com or calling 845-338-7472.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address: 365 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or issue a store credit for any reason.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

  • For inquiries regarding specific items, please contact us.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for unopened and unused products, within 30 days of purchase.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at frontdesk@lunadermatology.com.
